Tickets are not valid for entry - wristbands are required.

Wristbands are required for entry.

For U.S. Customers: Your wristbands will be shipped in early October. Wristbands are required for entry.

For Customers Outside the U.S.: You must bring your receipt to Wristband Pick up, located at the box office, to receive your wristband.

Your wristband(s) will be delivered via USPS First-Class Mail. Orders can only be shipped within the United States. If you do not receive your wristbands within a week of the event, please contact us at help@seetickets.us.

All orders purchased prior to April 2, 2021 will be eligible to have wristbands shipped. All orders placed after this date must be redeemed at the box office at the event. Wristbands will be shipped starting the first week of April.

COVID-19 Statement

For Disco Donnie Presents club shows that may be affected by the current COVID-19 pandemic, please visit the Facebook event page for the most up-to-date information. If a show is cancelled, fans will receive a refund to the account used to make the purchase. No further action is needed. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be posted to the account used to make the purchase. For additional information, please email: contact@discodonniepresents.com

For shows that are postponed, in most cases, tickets will be transferred to the new rescheduled date. No further action is needed. For refunds or additional information on the event, please email: contact@discodonniepresents.com

What are we doing during the COVID-19 outbreak to keep you safe?

  • Reduced capacity in our clubs.
  • Sanitation procedures in place.
  • Temperature checks upon entry.
  • In cities where masks are not mandatory, masks are encouraged and appreciated.

Tickets are valid for entry - either on your phone or printed out.

US customers & international customers: The QR code on your ticket will be scanned for entrance to the venue.

Can I transfer a ticket to another person?

If you are requesting a ticket transfer to another person, you must bring a photocopy of the ID used to make the purchase to the box office.

Can I request a refund?

If you are requesting a refund, please email contact@discodonniepresents.com

Do I need to print my ticket?

If you have the barcode on your phone, you do NOT need to print your ticket.

Will tickets be mailed to me?

Tickets will not be mailed. The QR code on your order confirmation is your ticket. All tickets must be either printed out and brought to the event, or you may show your ticket with the barcode on your phone.

What if I don't see my payment confirmation email?

If you ordered a ticket and do not see your order in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder.
